I’m In: John Knox Youth Ministry Investors Campaign
John Knox Youth Ministry invests in the next generation by creating a place where middle and high school students can encounter the deep and personal love of God, engage in relationship with Him and with one another, and become equipped to love and serve beyond the church walls.
We seek to accomplish that mission through each intentional piece of our ministry: weekly programming, small groups, consistent service opportunities, summer conferences and mission trips, and much more. Over the years we have seen the Lord write beautiful stories in and through the lives of students, leaders, and families of John Knox Youth Ministry. We would love for you to check out some of those stories here in the app and then help make the next generation of stories possible by investing financially in John Knox Youth Ministry this year.
As we’ve collected stories over the past few months we have heard so many different reasons people decided to say “I’m In.” What is yours? We would love to hear it. What will my investment make possible?
1. Trip Scholarships: Funds raised help us to make mission trips, conferences, and retreats more accessible to our families by keeping costs low and providing additional scholarships as needed
2. Mission & Service: A major focus of our mission is equipping and empowering students to serve. Funds raised help to cover material costs for mission projects throughout the year.
3. Transportation: This summer alone we will travel over 1,698 miles by car between our three youth trips. Funds raised help us to cover rental vans, gas, and other transportation costs throughout the year.
4. Hospitality: Creating a space for students to belong requires a physical space that makes them feel comfortable and welcome. Funds raised allow us to ensure our space continues to provide that kind of hospitality
5. Special Events: Additional funds allow us to host events above and beyond our normal programs where students and leaders can connect and make memories together.
I’m In, Now What?
1. Commit to invest: Become an investor by committing to give $100 to John Knox Youth Ministry in 2022. Commitments can be made with the printed Commitment Cards available in the church office or by filling out a commitment card.
2. Give in 2022: Commitments can be fulfilled via one time donation or incrementally through the app, on the church website, or through the church office designated "I'm In 2022."
3. Celebrate God’s Work: All 2022 Investors will be invited to join us for a night of celebration in November 2022 as we share all that your investment made possible throughout the year.
